High standard holiday house is placed in the heart of picturesque Żywiec Landscape Park
Willa Jasien, high standard holiday house is placed in the heart of picturesque Żywiec Landscape Park, close to many hiking trails and in direct proximity of Zwardoń-Ski station, equipped with 4 person-chairlift. Near upper station of the lift, 10 minute walk from house, there is a family-run tavern Swojskie Klimaty, when you have a taste of exquisite Polish cuisine. Every room come with bathroom and balcony (except one single-bed room).
On the ground floor, spacious living room with kitchen annex (common space of 50 square meters), flat screen with satellite TV, HiFi audio set (MP3 with USB port), wireless internet connection, fireplace, large terrace overlooking the valley. On the lower floor there is 8 ft pool table (with possibility of conversion to ping-pong table), infrared sauna, Turkish bath and ski room.
Mini-playground for children (2 swings, slide, trampoline and 2,0x1,2 m inflated pool in the summer time)in the garden behind the house. Carport with 3 parking spaces. Whole 1400m2 terrain is fenced, 24h video surveillance on the outside, secured by Skorpion security agency.
The house is situated at 814m ASL, between Mały Rachowiec and Rachowiec peaks. Asphalt road connection provided, 4 km from S1 Bielsko Biała-Żylina freeway, 5 km from Slovakian border, which makes it an excellent gateway base for hiking in Silesian and Żywiecki Beskid mountains and also Little and Gross Fatra mountains in the Slovakia.
There are many attractive ski resorts in the vicinity, such as Wisła, Ustroń, Szczyrk, Istebna and Slovakian Velka Raca.
Willa Jasien is excellent choice for persons who seeks a quiet place to rest in the harmony with nature and experience a breath-taking mountain views. We invite seniors, children, people with their lovely pets.

How to get to the place
WILLA JASIEŃ – DESCRIPTION HOW TO GET TO THE PLACE
Driving from Bielsko-Biała express road S1 direction ŻYWIEC, ZWARDOŃ, ŻYLINA You approach to roundabout in PRZYBĘDZA when S1 ends, turn right and down towards WĘGIERSKA GÓRKA, ZWARDOŃ, pass through WĘGIERSKA GÓRKA, CISIEC, MILÓWKA (close behind MILÓWKA road sign) You have super market BIEDRONKA when You can buy almost everything), then turn right on roundabout in MILÓWKA direction ZWARDOŃ. By next 2-3 km You go up to express road S1. You drive up the hill next 7-8 km, pass through 800 m long tunnel.
Variant 1 – via Stańcówka
Ca 1000 m behind tunnel You turn right direction RAJCZA. You drive next 2,5 km and when road rise up and enters forest, turn right towards Stańcówka, Karczma Swojskie Klimaty, Rachowiec. The sign is small so You must be carefull. Narrow asfalt road leads by the forest up, after 400 m You cross railway tracks. Be carefull, trains go there 10-20 times a day. You drive up the hill next 2,5 km. Pass by Karczma Swojskie Klimaty on Your right, go up the hill (You can see upper Ski lift on Your right) then go down (100 m) and turn right, after next 100-150 m is Your destination, Willa Jasien, on Your left.
Variant 2 – via Zwardoń.
After tunnel You drive straight on about 3,5-4 km. When You approach to crossroads with lights (lights are off), double back and after 100 m turn right then left towards ZWARDOŃ. You go another 2-3 km, pass through ZWARDOŃ, drive straight on, You will see church on Your left. Be carefull: on centre of ZWARDOŃ there is hilly road on Your left , do not take it. When You drive by the church, road turns left, You go about 1,5 km up the hill, there are 2 unpleasant curves. On Your left You will see „Na Beskidku”. Drive another 1,5 km straight on. On Your right You will see yellow building „U Wilczka” , drive another 150 m and on Your right side You will see Willa Jasień.
Access route from SLOVAKIA and CZECH REPUBLIC
You take express way D3 from SVRCINOVEC to ZWARDOŃ, cross the border, then You can turn right towards ZWARDOŃ 100 m behind crossroads with lights (lights are off). Then by variant 1.
